ESD Resin is a robust, ESD dissipative material that helps you reduce the risk of uncontrolled static discharges on your critical electronics and expand the production results of your assembly line. Use ESD Resin for prototyping and validating your electronics' production processes. Print dissipative parts that repel dust and dirt, and enclosures to protect your sensitive electronics from static discharge. Increase the efficiency of your electronics production with ESD Resin, a cost-effective solution for your ESD-protected tooling.
ESD Resin has a surface resistance of 105 -10 Ω and is both tensile and impact resistant (see TDS).
Supported print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns.
Mold wash settings: 20 minutes in IPA/TPM . Note: Do not leave ESD Resin in the solvent for more than 20 minutes. Longer immersion will affect the quality of the final product. We recommend washing ESD Resin separately from other resins to avoid possible staining.
Post cure required: 60 minutes at 70 °C.
