ABS Filament Printing Tips

The printing temperature of ABS is between 210 and 240°C. The use of a heated print bed of approximately 80°C is strongly recommended. Preferably a closed 3D printer, or in a draft-free, warm room. This reduces the chance that the ABS filament cools and shrinks too quickly.

Objects printed with ABS filament are stronger, more flexible and more durable than objects made of PLA. This makes ABS a much better choice for some projects.
