Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF Support Filament is a breakable support material specially developed for the FFF printing process with carbon fiber reinforced PA filaments. The PA12 support is more cost effective compared to water soluble support material.

Industrial PA12 CF has excellent stiffness, strength and heat resistance. The low distortion and water absorption ensure high print quality. With an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, Industrial PA12 CF is a suitable replacement for metal in the manufacture of certain lightweight components.
The recommended settings with Raise3D PA12 CF Support are:
- Print temperature 280-290°C
- Heated print bed 60–80 °C
- Print speed 30–70mm
- Drying temperature 80°C for 6-8 hours
Remark:
It is recommended to use a hardened steel, tungsten steel or ruby nozzle to avoid wear of the nozzle. PA12 CF Support is sensitive to moisture and should always be stored and used under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%). Dry PA12 CF Support in the oven at 80°C for 6-8 hours before printing.
