A significant step towards additive-based serial production, Ultrasint PA6 MF from BASF is the material of choice for any high-tech application requiring mechanically reinforced thermoplastics.
As an engineering material for highly loaded parts that builds on the chemical foundation of reinforced PA6, Ultrasint PA6 MF asserts extremely high rigidity, media tightness, and improved thermal distortion performance.
Thanks to in-particle reinforcing technology, this mechanically reinforced PA6 exhibits a very high isotropic rigidity in contrast to injection moulded PA6 GF 30 (fiber orientation).
When other Powder Bed Fusion materials exhibit limits, Ultrasint® PA6 MF is the ideal option because to its unique combination of characteristics.
