LOCTITE 3D IND147 is a high temperature resistant resin with a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 230°C and excellent dimensional stability specifically designed for low stress molding applications. The resin is characterized by a high surface quality and has sufficient toughness to successfully withstand the mechanical stresses from the moulding processes. Its unique properties make it ideal for polyurethane and silicone molding applications.
The main advantages of LOCTITE 3D IND147 are its high HDT of over 230 °C, its robustness combined with good dimensional stability and the ability to achieve an attractive surface quality.
The resin is particularly suitable for use in high temperature, low pressure molds and for prototyping parts that will be exposed to high temperatures. It is also excellent for custom molds in various industrial, consumer goods and automotive applications.
