PostProcess 403 chemistry is a new formulation that improves on the performance of the previously released PLM-402-SUB (hereafter referred to as 402). The key benefits of the solution are the same as the 402 detergent, including industry-leading cycle times and reduction in required process steps. Unlike previous methods, which may have required both TPM and dirty IPA baths followed by various rinsing steps, cycle times with 403 in PostProcess' patented hardware technology are often under 10 minutes. In addition, the process takes place within just one device. This effectively reduces both attended and unattended process time.
