The PrimaCreator Ruby nozzle is the most recent addition to our assortment of PrimaCreator Nozzles.
Why use a Ruby Nozzle?
- All filaments, one nozzle.
- Very durable.
- Ideal for abrasive filaments such as carbon, metal and wood.
- Perfect diameter without jagged edges equals better print quality.
This ruby nozzle is suitable for almost all types of nozzle killer filament ”.
These nozzles are made of the same high quality brass (brass) as the standard brass nozzles from PrimaCreator. To this added is a ruby gemstone at the tip of the nozzle. This changes the common brass nozzle into a nozzle that is next to the standard filaments such as PLA, ABS and PETG can also print the more abrasive materials such as carbon, wood and metal filled filaments.
The standard brass (brass) nozzle is widely used because of the superior heat conductivity. Brass nozzles also have their drawback. If you want to print with abrasive materials such as carbon or wood pla, the brass nozzle will wear out very quickly. A widely used alternative to this is the hardened steel nozzle. This will wear out less quickly but is less suitable for daily use, because the heat conduction is less optimal than with a brass nozzle. The most obvious solution is of course a nozzle that offers the best of both worlds. The nozzle that does that is the ruby Nozzle.
Finally one nozzle for all your filaments.
PrimaCreator's ruby nozzles are made from the best high-quality brass with a real ruby red tip. They are completed in one state-of-the-art factory. All nozzles are manufactured to a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This means that your filament will be very smooth and bright surface during extruding, which of course results in better print.
For best results and optimum print quality, recommend
we strongly recommend that you realign your build plate after making the switch
on a new nozzle. Note that a Prima Creator nozzle is possible
compatible with your printer, but that the distance between nozzle and build plate
needs to be adjusted.
Making a Prima Creator nozzle starts with a
selected high quality material. When the material is the factory
, there is first an optical inspection of the material for each
batch nozzles will be used. Then it is time to fasten the material
clamping, in other words, making it into a long rod. In our process
this is only done once, in many other (cheaper) cases this has to be done
process several times, often as much as 3-4 times and still you get
not the same results.
After this process, the material passes through an ultrasound
cleaning bath and is then cleaned again and protected against
oxidation of the surface.
The mouthpiece now takes shape with millimeter precision, the
tolerance is less than ± 0.01mm.
Removing sharp edges from the nozzles is one thing
very important step as this is a big part of the result. If there
too many sharp edges left on the nozzle, the nozzle will be more
are prone to constipation. So it is essential that the nozzle is very smooth
and is clean before use. A number of
nozzles selected and cut in half to ensure that it meets all
specifications are met and that the surface is in perfect condition
The nozzles are then used for the last time
checked and individually packaged in a protective box - ready to ship to you
to be shipped.
The ruby nozzle from PrimaCreator is the perfect choice for
people who only want the best and at a great price!
