Did you create an account with us before September 2021?
You can follow the steps below to activate your account.
1. Register a new account with the same email address.
2. After activation (by e-mail) your order history will be
(and addresses) automatically added to your new account.

Go to, my account and click on reset password. Here you simply enter the e-mail address that is known to us.
We will send you an e-mail with which you can easily set your new password.
2. Order and send
Ordering is very easy!
You can do this at any time of the day on our website.
Products can be found at the top left of the menu, or via the search bar. When you buy a product
selected, you can still select the appropriate colour, size, flavor or quantity. By clicking on the button 'Add to cart', the product is added to the shopping cart.
You can choose to continue shopping or you can checkout the product
You will immediately receive an email confirming your order. we go then
get started with your order as soon as possible.
Under "My orders" you will find an overview of your latest orders.
You can track the status of your orders and view your latest orders.
Once the package has been registered with DHL, you will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking link with which you can track the package online. Please note that it may take a while for the tracking link to work.

The delivery time of a product that is in stock takes 2 working days (48 hours).
Deliveries abroad can take 7-16 days.
Please note that our products are shipped from Germany. Our warehouse does not ship products on German holidays.
