Specifications of the Raise3D Pro3 Plus

In terms of material compatibility, the Raise3D Pro3 Plus - the printer with the greatest potential in its segment - is capable of printing any filament that has a processing temperature of up to 300℃, including PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, NYLON, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, Glass Fiber Infused, Carbon Fiber Infused, Metal Fill and Wood Fill, among others. Customers can expect top quality results when using Raise3D filaments and third party filaments approved under the Open Filament program.

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus integrates easily into a production environment, can connect to Raise3D's 3D printing software ecosystem, ideaMaker slice software, ideaMaker Library and RaiseCloud.

Interchangeable hot ends

The new interchangeable hotend system is ideal for users who often need to switch from normal/non-abrasive to abrasive materials requiring different nozzle types, or for users who want to print at higher speeds and use different nozzle sizes. They are designed with a click and lock mechanism that requires no tools and each is uniquely identified to track and record nozzle usage time.

Car Bed function

While the Pro2 series comes with a factory calibration that requires minimal or no calibration effort, the Raise3D Pro3 Plus goes a step further in usability and comes with Auto Bed Leveling. The new Auto Bed Leveling feature is a relevant tool for those who use printers for production purposes and who want to implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure consistent quality of the final printed parts. Auto Bed Leveling minimizes time spent on calibration and increases productivity.

Air Flow Manager

The Air Flow Manager of the Raise3D Pro3 Plus is located on the back of the printer, improving heat dissipation and air circulation and creating a stable environment in the print room. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air in the room. As long as it operates within the recommended temperature range, the Air Flow Manager ensures the stability of the temperature in the room, which translates into better repeatability of top quality results, independent of the external conditions.

EVE Smart Assistant

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus has a built-in smart assistance system known as EVE. As with 2D printing, the EVE Assistant can help users pinpoint and troubleshoot issues that could affect the final print job. It also has a feature that analyzes printer usage and sends users reminders for scheduled interventions to ensure printer maintenance is performed on time.
