Monocure 3D Rapid resin

The monocure rapid resin line has been developed for low-powered LED DLP 3D printers such as the Wanhao Duplicator 7 and Anycubic. The curing speed is up to 4X faster than that of monocure standard resin. Due to the transparent appearance you can see internal features and structures. This can be very useful research, prototyping and technical parts.

All Monocure resins have a very wide range of reactivity, UV wavelengths from 225 nm to wavelengths of 420 nm. Due to the composition of this resin, almost any UV light source are used to the polymerization process of our resins start.

The Monocure rapid resins have been tested with a Shore D Hardness Durometer and have a score of 70. (A construction helmet has a rating of 80.)

The viscosity of M.onocure rapid resin is 500-600 cps @ 25 ° C (Brookfield RVT).

All resins from Monocure have little odor, have no VOC emissions and show very low levels shrinkage properties <0.5%>.
