Description

Polymaker PolyLite PC is a polycarbonate filament for 3D to print. PolyLite PC offers several advantages. Great print quality, high mechanical strength and heat resistance at moderate printing temperatures.

To achieve optimal performance with this PolyLite PC filament we recommend to use a BuildTak sheet on a heated one bed.

Polycarbonate has been one of the most popular for over 60 years technical plastics. Thanks to PolyLite PC, this plastic is also accessible for 3D printers.

Polymaker PolyLite PC has a higher heat resistance than most 3D printer filaments. It can withstand temperatures above 110 ° C. PolyLite PC can also be processed well afterwards. The printed part can be sanded to get a nice, smooth finish. It is also possible to use it part to be painted.

PolyMaker PolyLite PC filament has a much better one mechanical strength than, for example, PLA and ABS.

Thanks to Polymaker's strict quality controls, the consistent quality of the filament is guaranteed.

Global print guidelines:

Nozzle Temperature: 250˚C - 270˚C

Printing Speed: 30mm / s - 50mm / s

Bed Temperature: 90˚C - 105˚C

Bed Surface:

Buildtak.

Cooling Fan: OFF

Based on 0.4 mm nozzle and Simplify 3D v.3.1. Printing conditions may vary with different printers and nozzle diameters

Notes:

Filament drying: 80˚C for 8 hours.

Recommended Support material: PolySupport.

When printing with PolyLite PC, it is recommended to to use a 3D printer with a closed construction chamber. Recommend for large parts we even recommend a heated construction room.
