When parts are removed from a powder printer, unsintered powder is dissolved and fed into the sieve under the working area. This sieve filters out small lumps or debris to keep the powder clean. The 150 µm recycled powder can then be stored in a special hopper until it is mixed with fresh powder for the next print.
