Description
LOCTITE 3D 3843 is a high impact, semi-flexible resin with moderate heat resistance (HDT60), high impact strength and versatile applications. This material is a high performance engineering resin with outstanding surface quality and is ideal for a wide range of tools on the production floor. The resin exhibits high stability in the raw state and high heat resistance, enabling precise printing and reliable operation at room temperature. It is compatible with a wide range of DLP machines.
The resin is available in matt black, white and transparent. The white resin has passed the ISO 10993-5/-23 biocompatibility tests.
The advantages include moderate heat resistance with an HDT of 60°C, robustness with an excellent surface quality as well as high strength and impact resistance.
Loctite 3D 3843 is particularly suitable for the manufacture of manufacturing aids, fixtures and tools, housings and covers as well as inserts. It is used in various markets, including the industrial, automotive and consumer goods sectors.
