Everlast 2 membranes are more durable, resilient, and extend printing life by over 25 times compared to membrane films currently on the market. They are rated up to 50,000 layers with proper care.
The Everlast 2 membrane is part of Nexa 3D's lubricant sublayer photo-curing (LSPc) technology, which is based on the principle of masked stereolithography (mSLA). Thanks to its uniform optical transmittance, the self-lubricating LSPc membrane provides uniform resin replenishment, promoting consistent part properties across batches. In addition, the Everlast 2 membrane creates a non-stick zone between the tray and the 3D printed part. This is one of the reasons why the XiP printer is able to achieve the unprecedented 18 cm per hour print speed, isotropic part properties and amazing detail.
