Any contamination affects the precision of the laser, so it is mandatory for all SLS printers to clean the optics before each print. This often requires disassembly of complex systems. This design is a compact, quick-change unit makes cleaning easier and faster. You can purchase a second optical cassette to start follow-up prints even faster and more seamlessly.
