BASF Ultrafuse TPE 60D - Naturel
Innoflex 60 natural: flexible, rubberlike elastomer material with different levels of stiffness. A material with a reduced carbon footprint and improved elastic performance. Shore hardness 60D (stiffest Innoflex available), made from Ecovio®.
This a partly bio-based Thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomer (TPC ) plastic, which is derived from rapeseed oil and combines the best properties of elastomers (rubbers) and polyesters. This material is proven to have a carbon footprint up to 50% lower than comparable co-polyesters.
The material delivers excellent adhesion in the Z-direction, meaning that the printed layers don’t detach – even with extreme deformation.
Especially suitable for printing flexible parts like miniature tires, drive belts, bracelets and parts that have to be extremely flexible and have to be bent often.

Tips & tricks
We do recommend the following settings with our Innoflex 60;
- print temperature between 210-230 °C
- speed between 30-50mms
- heated bed between 0-60°C + tape
- using a brim is advisable
